Delicious, fresh pretzels!! The staff are very kind. Lots of variety on sweet/savory. Good, fast service.

I work in the mall and visit this location on a regular basis same as my staff. Typically, the service is always really great. I went to place an order today just after 4 pm and The girl behind the Registerwas on her phone And didn’t even look up didn’t look up. I was probably sitting for a solid minute until I interrupted her. I think she’s new. She said hi to me that was that got me. My pretzel almost threw it at me because I interrupted her conversation or her or whatever she was doing.

Tried their Dog Bites and was really impressed!! Soft and fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside, with a light buttery sweetness. Paired with the sausage and dipped in ketchup, it was absolutely perfect!
