Wetzel’s Square One

I had a great experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels! The cashier was very friendly and made sure my pretzels were fresh, soft, and delicious. Since it was my first time, he recommended their best sellers—the Cheese Jalapeño Bites and Dog Bites. I was pleasantly surprised by the Dog Bites because they contain whole mini hot dogs, not just cut-up pieces. The light sprinkle of sea salt on top perfectly complements the flavor, making them even more delicious. Everything tasted fresh, warm, and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu!

This establishment is incredible! The staff were all very friendly, patient, accommodating and professional. They went above and beyond by creating a “60” pretzel for us to present to our mom for her 60th birthday. We ordered the 6 in butter salt flavour and the 0 in garlic parmesan. Not only were the numbers perfectly made, but they were fresh and delicious! Best pretzel place out there! As wonderful as the pretzels themselves were, the staff are truly the reason to keep going back. What an incredible team! Rao is the person who made the pretzels. He was a pure joy to converse with. All other staff I interacted with were just as genuine, kind and caring. They all reflect the true meaning of passion and human decency. Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts!
